Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding study, tourist, work, and immigration visa options.
- Assess clients’ profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities, or visa pathways.
- Guide applicants through visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures.
- Review and verify application forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients in preparing Statements of Purpose (SOPs), financial documents, and other visa-related paperwork.
- Conduct visa interview preparation sessions and provide personalized guidance.
- Track application progress and keep clients informed of updates.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application statuses.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and embassy requirements.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, embassies, and partner organizations as required.
- Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Achieve counseling and conversion targets set by the organization.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures

- Sales and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration consulting, or international education services.
- Experience handling visas for countries such as the UK, Canada, Australia, Recent Zealand, the USA, and Europe.
- Familiarity with university admissions processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
