Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Head to oversee and manage the overall business operations of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, process improvement, team management, and smooth coordination across departments to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures
- Monitor overall operational performance and improve productivity
- Coordinate with sales, HR, finance, logistics, and marketing teams
- Ensure timely execution of projects and operational activities
- Analyze operational data and prepare MIS reports for management
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resource allocation
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions
- Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Handle vendor management and operational escalations
- Drive business growth through efficient operational planning

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in operations management or business operations
- Experience in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, or related industries preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
