URGENT HIRING – MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (CIVIL)

Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Civil)

Job Location: Agra

Experience: 6–8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil maintenance activities.

Monitor repair and maintenance work of buildings, floors, walls, roofs, drainage, and other civil structures.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff.

Ensure civil work is completed as per required quality and safety standards.

Conduct regular site inspections and identify maintenance or repair requirements.

Prepare maintenance reports and maintain records of completed work.

Monitor material requirements and ensure proper utilization of materials.

Handle civil repair, renovation, plumbing, masonry, painting, and related maintenance work.





Ensure timely completion of preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a secure working environment.

Coordinate with other departments for maintenance-related requirements.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of civil maintenance and repair work.

Good team handling and supervision skills.

Knowledge of construction materials and methods.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and workers.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and maintenance reporting.

Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in real estate, commercial, residential, industrial, or facility maintenance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
