Job Title: BIM Engineer – Electrical

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated BIM Engineer – Electrical to lead the

development, coordination, and delivery of electrical BIM models for complex commercial,

residential, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial, Data Center projects. The ideal candidate will

have robust expertise in Autodesk Revit, multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection,

shop drawing production, and mentoring junior engineers while ensuring compliance with

project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and management of Electrical BIM models using

Autodesk Revit

2. Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection,

and other disciplines

3. Perform clash detection using Navisworks and lead clash resolution meetings

4. Prepare and review electrical shop drawings, builders work drawings, sleeve and

penetration drawings, and as-built documentation

5. Review and maintain BIM standards, templates, and families

6. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, local codes, and project specifications

7. Conduct model QA/QC and ensure LOD requirements are achieved

8. Manage project deliverables, schedules, and quality

Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams

10. Mentor and train junior BIM engineers

11. Support BIM Execution Plan (BEP) implementation

12. Assist project managers with planning, resource allocation, and technical

support

13. Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical solutions

Qualifications: B.Tech. / M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering

Required Skills:

1. Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD

2. Strong understanding of Electrical High Voltage and Low voltage systems including :

Lighting, Power, Fire Alarm, Public Address, ICT/Telecom, Access Control

3. Thorough knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and international BIM standards

4. Experience with BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

5. Experience with Procore, Revitzo, and Autodesk Docs

6. Knowledge of Dynamo is an advantage

7. Strong coordination and communication skills

8. Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously

9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

10. Minimum 1 years of experience leading BIM projects

Preferred Software Skills (a plus):

 Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM

360, Procore , Revitzo, Dynamo

Pay: ₹45,585.58 - ₹120,000.00 per month
