Position: Regional Sales Team Leader – BrowMaster™

Functional Responsibilities

1. Sales: To achieve monthly sales target by selling Permanent make up (PMU) services directly to retail clients ( B2C ) over phone and at the studio e.g., Microblading, Lip blushing, Ombre Powder brows, Scalp Micropigmentation, Permanent Eyeliner etc.

1.2. To actively use consultative sales techniques, to cross sell and upsell PMU services by forming rapport with the clients

1.3. Drive the conversion of all leads from all lead source platforms-including social media, WhatsApp, calls, e-mails.

2. Team Management

2.1. Proven track record of consistently achieving targets while being a Team leader of atleast 7 team members

Soft skills required

- Strong sales achievement record – Retail B2C
- Achieving sales using the consultative sale techniques and a committed and flexible approach to work
- Should have excellent customer management & handling skills
- Multitasker & negotiation skills
- Self-Motivated with go getter attitude
- Excellent English verbal/written Communication skills
- Strategic and Analytical thinker with good business acumen

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business





At least 10+ years of ROBUST RETAIL – B2C sales experience with atleast 4 years of Team management

· Well versed with MS Office

Job Location: 2nd Floor, Platinum Avenue S-3, Linking Road, South Avenue, Khar West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400052

Timings: 11am to 8 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay:

- ₹720,000 – ₹15,00,000.00 per year
- 50% Fixed | 50% Incentive
