We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer — Backend, AI Agents & Automation to join our Noida office. This role is ideal for a strong software engineer who can own backend systems, build scalable product features, and develop AI-powered tools that support students, instructors, admissions, and internal operations.

Role Overview

This is a backend-heavy full stack engineering role with a solid focus on AI integrations, agentic workflows, and automation.

The ideal candidate should be able to design and build reliable backend systems, APIs, databases, admin tools, and AI-powered features, including agent-based systems that can reason through workflows, use tools, interact with internal data, and automate operational tasks.

This is not a prompt-engineering-only role. We are looking for a real software engineer who can build production-grade systems and integrate AI into helpful business and learning workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and internal tools.
- Build full stack product features for web, mobile, admin, and internal operations platforms.
- Create AI-powered tools for student support, admissions, learning assistance, content workflows, reporting, and automation.
- Design and build agentic AI workflows that can complete multi-step tasks using LLMs, tools, APIs, databases, and documents.
- Build RAG workflows using embeddings, vector databases, internal documents, learning content, and student support data.
- Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar into production applications.
- Develop backend workflows for AI tutoring, quiz generation, document processing, content generation, and student communication.
- Build secure APIs for student onboarding, LMS features, assessments, compliance tracking, clinical training, reporting, and dashboards.
- Optimize database queries,

- Implement authentication, authorization, logging, monitoring, error handling, and data protection best practices.
- Create human-in-the-loop review systems, guardrails, and audit trails for AI-powered workflows.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, product teams, content teams, and business stakeholders.
- Review code, improve engineering standards, and mentor junior developers when needed.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

- Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience using Java, Springboot, SpringAI, or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience designing and building REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Good full stack development ability, including experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or similar.
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Firebase, or similar.
- Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into real applications.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, tool calling, and AI automation workflows.
- Ability to build AI agents or agentic workflows that can complete multi-step tasks.
- Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, data privacy, and backend architecture.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, debugging, deployment, and production support.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with ownership.

AI / Agentic Systems Experience

The candidate should have hands-on experience or strong practical understanding of:

- Building AI agents or agentic workflows that can complete multi-step tasks.
- Integrating LLMs with tools, APIs, databases, documents, and internal business systems.
- Designing RAG workflows using embeddings and vector databases.
- Creating AI assistants for student support,



admissions, learning, reporting, or internal operations.
- Implementing guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, logging, monitoring, and error handling for AI systems.
- Working with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants/Responses API, or similar tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with EdTech, healthcare technology, LMS platforms, student information systems, or compliance-heavy products.
- Experience building AI tutoring tools, chatbot systems, workflow automation, document processing, or learning analytics products.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Chroma, or pgvector.
- Experience with background job systems, queues, workers, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless functions, or microservices.
- Experience integrating payment systems, CRM systems, email/SMS tools, WhatsApp automation, or third-party APIs.
- Experience building admin dashboards, reporting tools, and internal business automation systems.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading backend development projects.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving EdTech workplace where technology directly supports student success, operational efficiency, and company growth.

We are looking for someone who can build and scale real software systems, not just experiment with AI tools.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
