Key Responsibilities

- Resolve all pending orders via daily monitoring sheets.
- Manage and Analyze all NDR & RTOs.
- Ensure timely order pickups; escalate delays to courier POCs.
- Monitor in-transit shipments and act on delays proactively.
- Ensure daily delivery of prepaid orders, flag RTOs to Customer Support.
- Handle returns & exchanges daily via Returns Prime.
- Close open POs on quick commerce platforms with:
- - Fast warehouse coordination- Immediate dispatch




- Process daily refunds via Razorpay & Cashfree.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience in 3PL coordination and e-commerce operations.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) to handle data, reporting, & operational tracking effectively.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
