Responsibilities

- Develop and implement visual merchandising guidelines for showrooms, shop-in-shops, and exhibitions.
- Ensure VM displays are aligned with brand guidelines, product launches, and festive/seasonal campaigns.
- Design and execute attractive jewellery displays, window décor, and in-store ambience to highlight key collections.
- Optimize product presentation to drive footfall, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all retail touchpoints.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to VM standards and provide corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Design teams for recent collection launches, promotional campaigns, and festive themes.
- Oversee execution of seasonal themes, festivals, weddings, and high-value customer events.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, printers,



prop vendors, and fabricators for display material production.
- Manage timelines and budgets for visual merchandising projects.
- Train retail staff on basic VM principles, display upkeep, and brand presentation.
- Develop VM manuals and guidelines for reference across stores.
- Stay updated on global jewellery and luxury retail visual merchandising trends.
- Innovate with lighting, materials, and digital integrations to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle visual merchandising for large-format showrooms and premium customer-facing spaces.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
