Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily pharmaceutical billing and invoicing using MARG ERP software.
- Generate sales invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, debit notes, and returns.
- Enter and maintain medicine stock, batch numbers, expiry dates, MRP, and GST details.
- Manage purchase and sales entries accurately in MARG.
- Maintain proper records of customers, suppliers, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Check stock availability and coordinate with the purchase/store team.
- Handle sales returns, purchase returns, and expiry-related stock adjustments.
- Prepare daily sales, purchase, stock, and outstanding reports.
- Ensure accurate GST and billing documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for smooth billing operations.

Requirements:





- 1–3 years of experience in pharma billing / MARG ERP preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, batches, expiry, and GST billing.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Valuable accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage billing work under deadlines.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical distributor/wholesaler will be an advantage.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
