Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Configure and customize Zoho applications (CRM, Projects, Creator, etc.) to align with business processes and objectives.

- Integrate Zoho applications with other systems and third-party applications as needed.

- Design and implement workflows, automation, and scripts using Deluge or other scripting languages.

- Manage user access and permissions across Zoho applications.

- Perform data migration, ensure data integrity, and support data management tasks.

- Generate custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications to end-users.

- Stay informed about new Zoho features and functionalities and evaluate their potential for adoption.





- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

- Ensure security best practices and compliance with data protection regulations within Zoho applications.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

- Proven experience as a Zoho Administrator or similar role.

- Robust technical skills in configuring and customizing Zoho applications.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Deluge for workflow automation and customization.

- Experience with data management, integration, and reporting within Zoho applications.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

- Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer) preferred but not required.
