About the role: We’re looking for a sharp Meta Ads Freelancer who knows how to run, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for our e-commerce store. You should be completely comfortable taking charge of ad strategy, budget allocation, and driving solid ROAS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and manage daily Meta (FB & IG) ad campaigns focused on direct sales
- Keep a close eye on daily spend, retargeting funnels, and performance metrics
- Test different ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to keep CAC low
Key Requirements:
- Real experience running profitable Meta ads for direct-to-consumer/e-commerce brands
- Hands-on experience with Pixel setup, catalog ads, and custom conversions
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on actual revenue, not just vanity metrics
Compensation: Project-based / Monthly Retainer
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Burrabazar, Kolkata, West Bengal
