Job Summary

Kaigo Home Health Care is looking for a Patient Relations Officer (PRO) to coordinate with patients and healthcare professionals and ensure smooth scheduling and delivery of home healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle patient enquiries and incoming calls professionally.
- Coordinate patient appointments, visits, and follow-ups.
- Collect and maintain accurate patient information and records.
- Coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, laboratories, and internal teams.
- Schedule and monitor daily home visits, including confirmations, cancellations, and missed visits.
- Follow up with patients regarding visits, reports, feedback, and service requirements.
- Handle patient complaints and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate laboratory reports and communicate with patients as needed.




- Maintain daily visit updates, reports, and service records.
- Support referral source management and maintain updated records.
- Provide operational support to the Patient Care Coordinator and calling team.
- Ensure smooth communication between patients and the healthcare team.

Candidate Profile

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional approach.
- Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospital, home healthcare, patient relations, customer support, or coordination will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
