Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive with hands-on exposure to the solar industry. The role involves end-to-end sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiation, purchase-order processing, and ensuring timely availability of materials for solar projects.

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field
- 1–4 years of procurement / purchase experience in the Solar industry
- Solar EPC procurement experience is mandatory / highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of solar components, suppliers, and procurement processes
- Good communication, coordination, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to independently manage multiple vendors and procurement timelines

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement of solar modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS items
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions, RFQs, Purchase Orders, contracts, and related documents
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms,



delivery schedules, warranty conditions, and commercial terms
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, and Finance teams for material planning and budget control
- Track orders, follow up with suppliers, and resolve delivery or supply-related issues
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, vendor records, and purchase data
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and industry standards
- Support inventory control, material planning, and cost-optimization initiatives
