About the Role

Government agencies, PSUs, municipal bodies, and large institutions buy exactly what we make — and almost all of it goes through formal tendering. We're not set up to compete for that work yet. This role builds that function from the ground up.

As Tender Manager, you'll own our government and institutional tendering end to end: finding and qualifying opportunities, getting us empanelled on the right portals, assembling compliant bids, and turning tenders into a repeatable revenue channel. It's detail-heavy, deadline-driven work where a single missing certificate disqualifies an otherwise winning bid — and it rewards people who are genuinely good at that.

What You'll Own

- Opportunity tracking — Monitor government and PSU e-procurement portals across our operating markets: GeM and CPPP (India), SAM.gov and state/local portals (US), CanadaBuys (Canada), TED (EU), AusTender (Australia), GETS (Recent Zealand), ministry and JETRO-linked portals (Japan), and UAE federal and emirate-level portals.
- Empanelment and compliance — Register and maintain our vendor/supplier status on each relevant platform, keeping documentation, certifications, and compliance filings current.
- Bid/no-bid decisions — Review RFPs, RFQs, RFTs, and EOIs in detail to assess eligibility, technical specifications, commercial terms, and compliance requirements before we commit.
- Bid preparation — Prepare and submit complete tender responses: technical proposals, commercial bids, compliance certificates, and any required samples or product documentation, on deadline.

- Financial instruments — Coordinate with Finance and Leadership on bid security, EMDs, bid bonds, and bank guarantees.
- Internal coordination — Work with Production and Design to ensure proposed products and specifications match tender requirements for each geography.
- Relationships — Build contacts with procurement officers, agents, and local partners or consultants who improve visibility into upcoming tenders.
- Win/loss analysis — Maintain a database of tenders applied for, won, and lost, and use it to improve bid quality and hit rate over time.
- Regulatory awareness — Stay current on local content, certification, and compliance rules affecting public procurement: Make in India and MSME norms, GCC in-country value requirements, EU CE marking, and equivalents.
- INCLUDES COMMISSION
- What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in government tendering, bid management, or institutional / PSU sales
- Working knowledge of public procurement terminology and process — RFP, RFQ, RFT, EOI, EMD, bid bonds, L1 bidding, reverse auctions
- Hands-on experience with at least one major e-procurement portal (GeM, SAM.gov, CanadaBuys, TED, AusTender, GETS, or similar), and the willingness to learn the rest
- Exceptional attention to detail and document accuracy — tenders are disqualified for minor compliance errors
- Strong written English for preparing formal bid documentation
- Highly organised and deadline-driven, comfortable running several concurrent bid cycles across time zones

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Benefits:

- Health insurance
- Provident Fund

Work Location: In person
