Job Description – CNC Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to operate CNC machines for the production of precision components. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, follow quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CNC Turning and Milling machines as per production requirements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform machine setup as instructed and make basic offset adjustments when required.
- Inspect machined components using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Height Gauges.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and production efficiency.




- Report machine malfunctions and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform routine machine maintenance as assigned.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of CNC Turning and Milling operations.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Micrometers.
- Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Solid teamwork and communication skills.
