Housekeeping Attendant

Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our hotel team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned areas.
- Make beds, change linen, and replenish guest room amenities.
- Ensure all rooms are cleaned and prepared as per hotel standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of public areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost & found items to the supervisor.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and properly.
- Follow hotel SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments regarding room status.




- Maintain proper housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

- Previous housekeeping/hotel experience is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to work for extended periods.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
