- Solid knowledge in PLC programming, SCADA/DCS architecture, and electrical system design. 
- Hands‑on familiarity with transformers (HT/LT/PT), VFDs, interlocks, instrumentation. 
- Experience in estimating and managing maintenance schedules, testing, troubleshooting, and shutdowns.   
- Ability to plan resources and budget, collaborate within cross‑functional teams, and manage onsite operations.
