Banquet Waiter

Job Summary
We are looking for a service-oriented and energetic Banquet Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The candidate will be responsible for providing professional food and beverage service during banquets, conferences, weddings, meetings, and other hotel events.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up banquet halls, tables, chairs, linen, cutlery, crockery, and glassware as per event requirements.
- Welcome guests and provide professional and courteous service.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently according to hotel standards.
- Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Clear tables and reset banquet areas promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and provide assistance during events.
- Coordinate with the Banquet Captain, Restaurant Manager, and Kitchen team.
- Handle banquet equipment and service items carefully.
- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.




- Assist with event breakdown and ensure all equipment is returned properly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements

- Previous experience in banquet or hotel F&B; service is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may apply.
- Valuable communication and guest-handling skills.
- Well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Hotel Management qualification is an advantage.
