Team building
- Significant part of your time will be invested in Team Building.
- For team building, you will need to use Reference Networks, Online communities & networks and online Job-boards.
- Here you will have to prospect & target, reach-out, speak & engage with candidates.
- Strong element of this work will be building solid networks in the community of professionals like doctors, paramedics, techies.
- Requires active and responsive communication, clear and articulate language, with clear expectation setting and close looping each open thread of communication.
- Ensuring filtering the intent, fit and availability of right candidates from the pool and coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Offer letter, pre-joining engagement, post joining formalities and onboarding plan.
- Conduct & Contribute to training program across different org roles.
- Handling employee inquiries and requests, contribute to the resolution of basic employee issues.

What we desire?
- 6 months–1 year of experience in Human Resources, with freshers also welcome to apply.
- Experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, hospitals, or clinical setups will be an added advantage.
- A people-first mindset with strong ownership and the ability to build and improve HR processes from the ground up.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, coordination, or other people/process-driven roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, including working with internal teams and external vendors.
- Comfortable managing employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, leave, HR records, and day-to-day HR operations with a high degree of accuracy.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of outcomes, and follows through on commitments.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and contribute to building a robust people and culture function.
- Passion for creating a positive employee experience and contributing to a high-quality healthcare organisation.
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
