- Age 25 to 40
- 5 years plus experience
- Project Essentials – 7 nos: Budget, Orientation, Biweekly Report, Project Diary, MRP, Drawing Request, CSP – Self and other essentials coordination
- Project File Admin Documentation with approvals of Dep. Head and Clients – Originals with Admin Manager team
- Ontime Billing / Estimates, Project P&L; (Budget), Ontime Payment Collection, Vendors Contracts & Payout updation (Excel) on every Monday
- Daily Site Progress Update / MOM preparation of every meeting and getting approvals
Residential / Commercial - construction and interior industry experience is must.
