What would you do? • F&A; Sales Practitioner Associate director CL5 • Accenture is Industry leader in Finance & Accounting services. We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery centers. • We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned f&a; Sales Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. • This role is ideal for a domain expert who can bridge the gap between finance operations and business development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping large BPM deals, crafting compelling F&A; digital solutions (Hyper-automation, Generative AI, Agentic, etc.) and driving transformation agendas for clients across industries. • Partner with sales teams to provide deep domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle. • Lead the design of end-to-end F&A; solutions for large, complex deals including transformation,



and technology enablement. • Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps. • Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate R2R capabilities and transformation
What are we looking for? • • F&A; Sales Practitioner Associate director CL5 • • Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin) • • Deep Domain expertise in F&A; area • • Hands-on operations or transformation experience in F&a; within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services • • Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A; deals or Tech. led Transformation for large global Clients • • Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus, they already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance so
Roles and Responsibilities: • This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture. • It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility. • Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters. • Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. • Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility. • Individual manages large complex teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
