- Amazon Connect Engineer/Developer with Generative AI expertise to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered contact center solutions.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, AWS AI/ML services, conversational AI, contact center integrations, and cloud-native application development.

- Design and implement Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

- Develop AI-powered voice and chat experiences using Amazon Lex and Generative AI services.

- Integrate Amazon Connect with CRM, IVR, telephony, and enterprise applications. Build intelligent call routing, chatbots, agent assist, and self-service capabilities.

- Integrate Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Q, or other LLM platforms for GenAI use cases. Configure Contact Flows, Lambda functions, APIs, and AWS services
