- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through telephonic calls and follow up on enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare and share quotations and commercial details with customers.
- Follow up regularly on quotations, pending orders, and enquiries.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for order execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling/cross-selling.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Monitor competitor activities, customer feedback, and market requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
