- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and handle their queries professionally.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the relevant internal teams for timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through calls, emails, Microsoft Teams, and other approved communication channels.
- Follow up with clients regarding enquiries, requirements, documents, payments, bookings, and other pending matters.
- Ensure all client requests are recorded and tracked until closure.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
