About Gallery Silver Scapes

Gallery Silver Scapes is an art gallery dealing in modern and contemporary Indian art. We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team.

Job Summary

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating leads, following up on enquiries, understanding client requirements, and supporting the conversion of leads into sales. This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in sales, communication, client relationship management, and the art industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Respond to client enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Generate and qualify potential sales leads.
- Understand clients’ preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Share relevant artwork details, images, prices, and information with clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the Curatorial, Marketing, and Operations teams as required.




- Assist in arranging gallery visits and artwork viewings.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the gallery’s artists, artworks, exhibitions, and collections.
- Participate in exhibitions, art fairs, and other sales-related activities when required.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Interest in art, luxury products, or the creative industry will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, presentable, and target-oriented.
