We're hiring! RVM CAD, one of India's fastest-growing industrial skilling companies, is expanding its Industrial Automation vertical and looking for skilled trainers to join our team.
Role Overview: Deliver hands-on training in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and Robotics, helping students build job-ready automation skills.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and lab training in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and Robotics Update training content in line with industry standards Mentor students for technical readiness and placements Maintain lab equipment and training infrastructure Stay updated on Industry 4.0, IIoT, and Robotics trends Support technical content creation for marketing
Requirements: 3 – 8 years' hands-on experience in Industrial Automation Strong expertise in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta) Training/mentoring experience is a plus Strong communication skills (Hindi & English) B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics
