Position: Senior Mechanical Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a diligent and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to assembel, Installation & servicing at our Ehiopia production House.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the assembly of medical equipment and mechanical components as per engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Perform installation, erection, commissioning, and alignment of medical equipment at customer/hospital sites.
- Conduct product demonstration and user training for customers, hospital staff, and service teams.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults, breakdowns, and technical issues in medical equipment.
- Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing, inspection, and repair of installed equipment.
- Ensure proper testing, functional checks, calibration support, and safe operation of equipment after installation and servicing.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly drawings, BOMs, and technical manuals.
- Coordinate with the Production, R&D;, Quality, Sales, and Service teams for smooth product assembly, installation, and customer support.
- Supervise junior engineers and technicians during assembly, installation, servicing, and site activities.
- Identify recurring technical problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain service reports, installation reports,



commissioning documents, maintenance records, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service calls, breakdowns, spare parts, and technical requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed according to company quality, safety, and medical equipment standards.
- Provide technical support to customers and attend in office service visits whenever required.
- Support product improvement and modification activities based on field-service feedback.
- Willingness to travel to customer/hospital locations for installation, demonstration, commissioning, and servicing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Relevant experience in medical equipment, hospital equipment, machinery, or electromechanical equipment preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of mechanical assembly, installation, troubleshooting, and servicing.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, mechanical components, tools, and measuring instruments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites and manage service assignments effectively.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
