Job Summary:
We are looking for a Google Ads Expert to plan, manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword management.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, and ad performance.
- Monitor key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversions, CPA, and ROI.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking for leads, calls, forms, and other business goals.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and cost efficiency.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities for campaign growth and scaling.

Required Skills:





- Practical hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is preferred.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

Preferred: Candidates who can demonstrate previous Google Ads campaign results or a portfolio will be given preference.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
