Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Boxing Coach cum Warden who will be responsible for both student boxing training and residential student supervision. The candidate should be disciplined, energetic, responsible, and comfortable working in a boarding school environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular boxing training and fitness sessions for students.

- Teach boxing techniques, drills, conditioning, and defensive skills.

- Prepare and train students for inter-school, district, state, and other competitions.

- Monitor students' fitness, discipline, performance, and overall development.

- Ensure safety during training, practice, and sparring sessions.

- Take up wardenship responsibilities, including supervision, discipline, routine, and well-being of residential students.

- Maintain a safe, supportive, and disciplined hostel environment.

- Coordinate with the school’s sports and residential staff regarding student requirements and activities.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications





- Relevant qualification/certification in Boxing, Sports Coaching, Physical Education, or a related field.

- Prior experience as a Boxing Coach is preferred.

- Recognized boxing/coaching certification will be an advantage.

- Competitive boxing experience or experience training students for competitions is preferred.

- Previous experience in a boarding/residential school will be an added advantage.

- Good communication, leadership, and student-management skills.

- Willingness to take up both coaching and warden responsibilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
