Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, experience building and deploying production-ready Android and iOS applications, and the ability to lead technical development and deliver scalable mobile solutions.

The candidate should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing code, solving complex technical challenges, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Build scalable, responsive, and high-performance applications for Android and iOS.
- Translate UI/UX designs into clean, pixel-perfect, and reusable Flutter components.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party APIs, SDKs, and backend services.
- Implement and manage application state using BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, or other appropriate state-management solutions.
- Develop secure authentication, push notifications, payment integrations, maps, and other third-party services.
- Optimize applications for performance, stability, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Debug complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.




- Conduct and participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
- Manage application releases and deployments to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Use Git/GitHub/GitLab for version control and collaborative development.
- Mentor junior and mid-level Flutter developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Stay updated with the latest Flutter, Dart, mobile development, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience in software/mobile application development with strong hands-on experience in Flutter.
- Excellent knowledge of Flutter and Dart.
- Proven experience developing and deploying Android and iOS applications.
- Strong understanding of Flutter architecture and application lifecycle.
- Expertise in state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, GetX, etc.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and API integrations.
- Experience with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Experience with third-party SDK and library integration.
- Good understanding of mobile application security and performance optimization.
- Experience with Play Store and App Store deployment and release management.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and coding standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

AI & Modern Technology – Preferred





Experience or strong interest in integrating AI-powered features into mobile applications will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:

- Integration of AI APIs and LLM-based services.
- OpenAI or similar AI API integrations.
- AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
- Recommendation and personalization features.
- AI-based automation and intelligent workflows.
- Integration of AI features with Flutter applications.
- Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts and API-based AI solutions.

Preferred Additional Skills

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Firebase and cloud services.
- Experience with automated testing and unit/widget testing in Flutter.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience working with backend technologies or understanding of backend architecture.
- Knowledge of native Android/iOS development (Kotlin, Java, Swift, or Objective-C) is a plus.
- Experience leading a development team or mentoring junior developers is an advantage.
