We're looking for a Senior Accountant who can own the numbers end-to-end — from day-to-day bookkeeping to MIS reporting to statutory compliance. You'll be working closely with the founders and operations team. That means more ownership, more visibility, and a direct line to decisions. You'll be a core part of how we understand our business.

What You'll Do

Day-to-day accounting

- Maintain books of accounts (Tally)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments for fabric, manufacturing, and logistics partners
- Bank reconciliation, petty cash, and expense management

Ecommerce Marketplace & D2C reconciliation

- Reconcile settlements from online sale platforms Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and the D2C storefront
- Track returns, commissions, and platform fee deductions accurately
- Flag discrepancies and resolve them with operations/vendor teams

Taxation & compliance

- GST filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation)
- TDS computation and filing
- Coordination with our CA for income tax, audit, and annual filings
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory deadlines

MIS & reporting

- Prepare monthly P&L;, cash flow, and balance sheet reports
- Support the founders with business performance dashboards — not just numbers, but what the numbers mean
- Track key metrics:



gross margin by channel, CAC recovery, inventory aging, working capital

Inventory & COGS

- Coordinate with the production and warehousing team on inventory valuation
- Track COGS accurately across product lines and SKUs
- Support with landed cost calculations for imported materials (if applicable)

What We're Looking For

- B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CA qualified preferred
- 4–7 years of accounting experience; E-commerce, or consumer brand experience is a strong plus
- Solid working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
- Someone who can work independently, flag issues early, and communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders
- Low ego. High ownership. Genuinely curious about the business, not just the books.
