KMC Mart is hiring an Accountant cum Data Entry Specialist to manage back-office accounts, inventory tracking, and daily data entry at our Sonapur store. While the primary focus is accounting and administrative data entry, the candidate should be comfortable providing occasional back-up support at the billing counter during peak emergency rushes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Ledger: Maintain daily income/expense ledgers, verify cash flows, and balance sales accounts.

Inventory & Data Entry: Log incoming stock, update item pricing/quantities, track purchase orders, and monitor stock levels.

POS & Reporting: Input store data into Petpooja and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports in Excel.

Emergency Support (Part-Time/Occasional): Assist at the counter with customer checkout and POS billing using Petpooja only during peak emergency rush periods or when primary cashiers require temporary relief.





Key Requirements & Skills

Technical Skills: Basic Computer Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, basic accounting functions).

Software Experience: Hands-on experience using Petpooja software is required.

Typing Speed: Excellent typing speed and numerical data entry accuracy.

Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Bachelor's degree (B.Com preferred).

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
