We are looking for an experienced Cleared Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting professionals for U.S. Government Contractors and federal programs.

The ideal candidate understands the unique requirements of cleared recruitment, including sourcing candidates based on security clearance levels, technical qualifications, location, program requirements, and eligibility. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and qualifying cleared talent for a variety of mission-critical positions.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has experience recruiting candidates with clearances such as Secret, Top Secret (TS), TS/SCI, SCI, and Polygraph.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates for cleared positions supporting U.S. Government programs and federal contractors.
- Recruit across technical, engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, DevSecOps, software development, systems engineering, intelligence, and other cleared disciplines.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, qualified networks, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified talent.
- Review resumes and profiles to assess candidates against job requirements, including:
- Security clearance
- Clearance level and status
- Technical skills
- Years of relevant experience
- Education and certifications
- Location and relocation requirements
- Program-specific qualifications
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and build relationships with passive cleared professionals.




- Conduct recruiter screens and qualify candidates before presenting them to the client.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, recruitment activity, and pipeline status.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of cleared candidates for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with the recruitment and business development teams to understand client requirements and hiring priorities.
- Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and candidate submission goals.
- Stay current on cleared talent markets, sourcing strategies, and trends within the federal contracting industry.

Required Qualifications

- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated experience in cleared recruitment.
- Experience recruiting for U.S. Government Contractors, federal agencies, defense contractors, or government programs.
- Strong understanding of U.S. security clearance terminology and requirements.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates with Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, SCI, and/or Polygraph clearances.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills.




- Experience recruiting for technical and/or highly specialized positions.
- Excellent candidate communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple open requirements simultaneously.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidate qualifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruiting deadlines and targets.
