Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Dehradun. The Sales Associate will interact with customers on the sales floor, understand their needs, provide product information, and guide them through purchase decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, restocking shelves, handling billing and payment processes, and ensuring the store is kept clean, organized, and welcoming. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, managing basic inventory checks, and supporting promotional activities.



The Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues and store management to meet sales targets and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications

- Ability to provide attentive customer service, understand customer needs, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken English and/or local language, and the ability to explain product features and benefits.
- Basic sales and retail skills, such as handling transactions, managing point-of-sale systems, and supporting promotional activities.
- Organizational skills to manage product displays, track stock levels, and maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
- Reliability and time management skills to work full-time shifts on-site and support peak business hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and follow store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not strictly required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn and adapt to company processes and product knowledge is essential.
