- Store inspections: Regular checks of equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure.
- Repair coordination: Handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, refrigeration, and air-conditioning issues.
- Vendor management: Obtaining quotations, coordinating approvals, and supervising contractors.
- Preventive maintenance: Scheduling upkeep to minimize breakdowns.
- Emergency repairs: Quick response to avoid disruption in operations.
- Budget monitoring: Ensuring expenses stay within approved limits.
- Compliance: Following company safety standards during all activities.
- Support for current stores: Assisting with setup, renovation, and installation Skills Required
- Technical knowledge: Electrical, plumbing, civil, and mechanical basics.
- Problem-solving: Ability to troubleshoot multiple issues simultaneously.
- Communication: Coordination with store managers and vendors.
- IT proficiency: Basic MS Excel, email, and reporting skills
