Mahatma Gandhi College of Nursing invites applications from qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Assistant Professor – Pediatric Nursing (Child Health Nursing). The selected candidate will teach nursing students, supervise pediatric clinical training, and contribute to academic and research activities.

Number of Positions: 1

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students in Pediatric Nursing and Child Health Nursing.
- Conduct classroom lectures, tutorials, practical demonstrations, and clinical teaching.
- Supervise students during pediatric hospital postings and clinical training.
- Guide students in assignments, case studies, seminars, projects, and research work.
- Participate in curriculum planning and departmental academic activities.
- Maintain academic records and ensure compliance with INC/RNC guidelines.
- Support student mentoring and institutional quality initiatives.





Qualifications & Experience:

- M.Sc. Nursing in Pediatric Nursing or Child Health Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- 3–5 years of teaching or relevant pediatric clinical experience.
- Valuable communication, clinical, research, and mentoring skills.
