Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve guests professionally.
- Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware.
- Take food and beverage orders and serve them accurately.
- Ensure timely serving and clearing of food and beverages.
- Transparent and clean tables after guest use.
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, dining and service areas.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team for guest orders.
- Handle guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of restaurant equipment.
- Maintain hygiene and grooming standards.
- Assist during banquets, events and special functions.
- Report guest complaints,



damages or shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow hotel/resort food-safety and service standards.

Required Skills:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays

Experience: 0–2 years in a hotel, resort, restaurant or catering industry. Freshers can also be considered.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
