Position: Young Professional – IT

1. Qualification & Experience

Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (CS / IT / ECE) / MCA or equivalent.

Required Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of overall experience in IT Project Management, including direct experience of managing government projects. Candidates should additionally bring experience in software deployment and multi-location rollout projects, training design and content development, organizational change management, and working in an active IT user support / technical helpdesk environment.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Management

- Overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between the Consultant Team and the Department.
- Prepare project implementation plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide robust mitigation plans.
- Conduct regular review meetings and submit periodic progress reports.
- Ensure timely system rollout and achievement of core project objectives.

2. Business Functional Understanding

- Thoroughly study and understand departmental processes and system requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive requirement documents, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate directly with end-users for requirement gathering and validation.
- Support system configuration, end-to-end testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
- Prepare user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and functional documentation.

Technical Solution Designing

- Provide technical oversight and guidance for project implementation.
- Review system architecture, backend integration requirements, and API configurations.
- Coordinate all technical development and system configuration activities.
- Ensure compliance with scalability, cybersecurity, and baseline performance standards.
- Support technical issue resolution and maintain architectural documentation.

4. Implementation / Rollout Knowledge

- Support multi-location deployment and system rollout activities at various units.
- Coordinate installation, local configuration, and live deployment (Go-Live) activities.
- Provide dedicated onsite support to end-users during rollout phases.
- Track rollout implementation status and prepare comprehensive deployment reports.

5. Training & Change Management Understanding

- Formulate the comprehensive project training strategy and develop instructional materials.
- Conduct functional user training, workshops, and general awareness sessions.
- Drive organizational adoption of new digital processes and systems.
- Collect user feedback, analyze pain points, and recommend functional improvements.

6. Data Migration & MIS Knowledge

- Support legacy data collection, extraction, cleansing, and migration activities.
- Validate migrated data sets and prepare data reconciliation reports.
- Develop management information system (MIS) reports, energetic dashboards, and analytics.
- Support ad-hoc management reporting requirements as requested by leadership.

7. Helpdesk / Support

- Provide direct end-user support during the implementation and post-rollout stabilization phases.
- Log, track, categorize, and systematically resolve incoming user technical issues.
- Maintain a centralized issue tracker and compile regular support metric reports.
- Coordinate closely with backend technical teams for issue resolutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
