We are looking for a Relationship Officer with experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Housing Loan, Home Loan, MSME Loan, or Mortgage Loan sales. The role involves customer acquisition, field sourcing, loan documentation, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through direct market visits and field sales.
- Source customers for Loan Against Property (LAP), Housing Loan, Home Loan, MSME, and Mortgage Loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan products.
- Handle customer acquisition and loan documentation.
- Conduct customer, business, and property visits.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams.
- Follow up with customers until loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in loan sales.
- Experience in Direct Sales, DST, or Field Sourcing.
- Experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), Housing Loan, Home Loan, MSME, or Mortgage Loan products.
- Basic knowledge of loan documentation and sourcing processes.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and customer meetings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
