Roles and Responsiblity

- Lead and execute SEO & ASO strategies across multiple client accounts.
- Drive Technical SEO, On-Page, Off-Page, AEO and GEO initiatives.
- Conduct technical audits covering crawling, indexing, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema and redirects.
- Develop SEO roadmaps based on keyword research, competitor analysis, content opportunities and business objectives.
- Drive AEO/GEO strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines.
- Lead, mentor and manage the SEO & ASO team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Manage client coordination, strategy discussions, performance reviews and escalations.
- Lead client pitches, proposals and recent business presentations.
- Collaborate with content, development, design, paid media and other teams.
- Monitor performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and other relevant tools.

Required Skills





- 5–6 years of experience in SEO/ASO, with a digital marketing agency background preferred.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, AEO, GEO, On-Page and Off-Page SEO.
- Strong understanding of crawling, indexing, rendering, Core Web Vitals, schema and site architecture.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog.
- Strong client management, communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in team management, client pitching and new business development.
- Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of Google algorithm updates, AI search and evolving SEO trends.
