South Indian Chef – Urgent Hiring
Highway Mirchi Hotels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced South Indian Chef to join our team.
Requirements:
- Experience in preparing authentic South Indian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of Dosa, Idli, Vada, Sambhar, Chutneys, Uttapam and other South Indian dishes.
- Valuable hygiene and kitchen management skills.
- Experience in a hotel/restaurant/food court will be preferred.
