1. Identification of CTQ & CTP of all material & special focus through check point, Check sheet,do & don't etc.

2. Ensure any change are through controlled system & comminication to all concerns

3. Ensure that sequence of the processes used in the production as per defined SOP

4. Daily process/product audit of all the production line & closing of all NCs observed during process audit

5. Ensure that all the testing instrument/measuring instrument used in production are fully functional,calibrated.

6. Verify of material as per approved sample when any changes

7. Fill Quality inspection & product audit report with detail

8. Maintain all processes are as per ISO 9001:2015 QMS

9. Ensure overall development of PQC team

10. Conducting Meeting for reducing & improving processes performance on daily basis through RCA

11. Short out quality problem on daily basis

12. Ensure overall development of PQC team

13. Responsible for making calibration plan & ensure every instrument calibrated on timely

14. Perform accurate calibrations

15. Record calibrations performed on equipment

16. Comply with customer requests.
