HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent qualification

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies across academic and non-academic positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
- Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and interview panels.
- Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate offer roll-out, salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.




- Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per recruitment targets.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with organizational HR policies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Good understanding of Boolean search and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and HRMS/ATS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Experience

Experience in higher education/university recruitment or recruitment of faculty and non-teaching professionals will be an added advantage.
