Overview

We are looking for a Senior Architect with strong expertise in interior architecture and design to lead high-end commercial, hospitality, residential, and workplace projects. The ideal candidate blends architectural rigor with creative interior solutions, managing projects from concept to completion while maintaining design excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and execution of interior architectural projects, from concept development to detailed construction documentation.
- Translate client needs, brand identity, and functional requirements into innovative spatial solutions.
- Develop concept presentations, space planning, and interior layouts aligned with project goals.
- Collaborate closely with interior designers, furniture specialists, MEP consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and interior designers throughout all project stages.
- Prepare and review detailed construction drawings, joinery details, and material specifications.
- Coordinate site execution, review shop drawings, and conduct site visits to monitor quality and progress.
- Manage project schedules, budgets,



and client communications to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
- Stay updated on trends, materials, lighting technologies, and interior finishes to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
- Architectural license/registration preferred.
- 2+ years of qualified experience in architectural and interior design projects.
- Proven experience in interior-focused architecture — commercial, corporate, retail, hospitality, or high-end residential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture integration.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and client presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
