We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tour Executive / Travel Consultant to join our growing travel and tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer travel requirements, designing customized tour packages, and driving sales for domestic and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins to understand their travel needs.
- Create customized domestic and international tour itineraries and cost estimates.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, transportation, and visa arrangements for clients.
- Negotiate rates with vendors and hoteliers to provide competitive package pricing.
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain complete booking records and coordinate timely payment collections.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Travel & Tourism (IATA / MTTM preferred).
- Experience: Minimum3 years of experience in travel agency operations or tour package sales (Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills:
- Communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Knowledge of popular tourist destinations (Domestic & International).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Web Browsing, WhatsApp Business).
- Strong sales mindset and customer handling ability.

Salary & Compensation

- Pay Range: ₹10,000.00 – ₹40,000+ per month
- Fixed Basic Salary: ₹10,000– ₹15,000 / month (Based on experience)
- Supplemental Pay: Performance Bonus + High Sales Incentives (Uncapped earning potential)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
