The Municipal Draughtsman will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, plans, layouts, details, and documentation for municipal, architectural, civil, infrastructure, and development projects. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, knowledge of municipal submission requirements, and the ability to coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural, civil, municipal, and infrastructure drawings.
- Produce plans, elevations, sections, details, layouts, and working drawings.
- Prepare municipal submission drawings in accordance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and site conditions.
- Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Review drawings for dimensions, levels, accuracy, and technical details.
- Conduct site measurements and incorporate actual site conditions into drawings.
- Assist in preparing drawings and documentation for municipal approvals.
- Maintain organized CAD files, drawing registers, and project documentation.
- Assist with quantity take-offs and other technical documentation when required.
- Ensure drawings are completed accurately and within project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Diploma / Certificate in Civil Engineering,



Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of municipal approval drawings and building regulations.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is an advantage.

- Proven experience preparing municipal submission drawings, working drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipal authorities is preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong understanding of drawing standards, revisions, and project documentation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.12 per month
