You lead comprehensive evaluations of the current operational landscape and collaborate with stakeholders to capture overarching customer needs. Your role includes designing strategic business solutions and frameworks that align with these insights, while also crafting compelling business cases to support the realization of the envisioned outcomes. This position requires a thoughtful approach to shaping business direction and ensuring alignment with client goals through structured analysis and solution development.

- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform business architecture decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans to support business initiatives.
- Familiarity with retail industry operations and merchandising concepts.
