Are you obsessed with performance marketing, data-driven growth, and brand scaling? We’re building our core marketing team and looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1–3 years of experience to drive traffic, optimize ad spend, and scale our online presence!

Role Overview

- Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
- Experience: 1–3 Years (D2C, Skincare, Beauty, or Personal Care preferred)
- Location: Remote / Office (As per hiring model)
- Department: Growth & Performance Marketing

Key Responsibilities

- Performance Ads Management: Plan, set up, and optimize meta ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads to drive high ROAS.
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze conversion paths, landing pages, and website user flow to maximize sales conversions.
- Data & Analytics: Track daily content performance, campaign metrics, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) to refine strategy.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Build retention sequences, cart abandonment flows, and broadcast campaigns using tools like Klaviyo.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Basic understanding of SEO best practices to boost organic traffic to the store.




- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Social Media Manager and Creative Strategist to test creative hooks and ad copy.

What We’re Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on digital/performance marketing experience in D2C or beauty brands.
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify ecosystem.
- Data-first mindset with an understanding of customer psychology and purchase intent.
- Ability to experiment fast, scale winning ads, and kill underperforming campaigns quickly.
- Passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital marketing trends.
