Job Description – E-commerce ORM Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce ORM Executive to manage online customer reviews,

ratings, complaints and brand reputation across e-commerce marketplaces and other

digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

 Monitor customer reviews, ratings and feedback across Amazon, Flipkart,

Myntra, Nykaa, D2C and other platforms.

 Track negative reviews, customer complaints and recurring issues.

 Coordinate with Customer Support, Operations and Marketplace teams for issue

resolution.

 Maintain review and complaint trackers and share regular reports.

 Identify common customer concerns and highlight them to the relevant teams.

 Monitor product ratings and review trends and suggest areas for improvement.

 Ensure timely responses/actions on customer feedback as per company

guidelines.





 Coordinate with R&R agencies to ensure activities are completed on time and

follow up on payments.

 Track ORM performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Requirements

 2–3 years of experience in ORM, E-commerce Operations, Customer Experience

or a similar role.

 Good understanding of e-commerce marketplaces.

 Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

 Positive communication and follow-up skills.

 Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.

 Good problem-solving and coordination skills.

 Experience in managing online reviews, ratings and customer complaints will be

preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
