About the Role:

You will work on cutting edge Data Security Product for GenerativeAI. Based on your performance, you can convert to a Founding Engineer with the product.

What You Will Do:

- Design and build robust APIs using Python (preferably FastAPI) and Node.js.

- Develop visually appealing, responsive UIs using React.js and Next.js.

- Deliver pixel-perfect designs that align with business needs and user expectations.

- Refactor backend code to boost performance and efficiency.

- Integrate APIs with ML Models serving (PyTorch, Tensorflow, or Hugging Face Transformers).

- Tackle complex challenges like text processing and build systems with O(n) or better time complexity.

- Lead interns & front-end developers to craft pixel-perfect designs.

- Develop visually appealing, responsive UIs using React.js and Next.js.

- Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, focusing on caching and distributed systems.

- Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and maintainable.

- Design and optimize SQL databases for performance and integrity.

- Implement strategies to improve query performance and overall system efficiency.

- Utilize AWS (or any cloud platform) to deploy, monitor, and manage full-stack applications.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, scalable deployments.

What You Will Need:





- Minimum of 3+ years to up to 7 years as a FullStack Engineer with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.

- Highly proficient in either JavaScript (Node.js) or Python (FastAPI or Flask).

- Mastery of JavaScript (React.js, Next.js).

- Ability to solve complex challenges related to text processing and algorithm optimization.

- Proven experience with solutions that achieve O(n) or better time complexity.

- Deep understanding of ES6+ features and modern front-end practices.

- Strong skills in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.

- Expertise in building and optimizing RESTful APIs for large-scale, distributed systems.

- Highly proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).

- Skilled in designing database schemas and optimizing performance.

- Experience with AWS (preferred) or any major cloud platform.

- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and caching strategies (Redis).

- Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude.

- Experience mentoring junior engineers is a bonus.

Preferred Qualifications / Added Advantage:

- If you have integrated ML Models to Serve through APIs

- If you have used AI/LLMs
